Yes — we use low-irritation adhesives and ultra-fine extensions designed for comfort. We perform consultations and patch tests when needed; please disclose allergies or contact lens use so the technician can adjust products and techniques for safety.
Touchup time varies with retention: a one-week touchup often takes 30–45 minutes, two-week touchups 45–60 minutes, and three-week touchups up to 75 minutes. Exact time depends on natural lash loss, desired volume, and required refill amount.
We don’t recommend mascara—extensions already provide dramatic fullness and mascara can clump or weaken adhesive. If absolutely needed, use water-based, extension-safe mascara sparingly and only on tips. Avoid oil-based products and waterproof formulas to preserve adhesion and lifespan.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. Remove contact lenses and skip caffeine to minimize blinking. Bring reference photos and allow 90–120 minutes for a new full-volume set.
