A full new set typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on desired volume, lash health, and technique. Mega volume or highly customized maps can take longer. Please arrive with clean lashes to help your appointment run smoothly.
We recommend touchups every 1–3 weeks to maintain fullness. One-week touchups refresh near-perfect density, two-week is most common, and three-week suits lower-maintenance clients. Frequency depends on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine.
When applied by trained technicians using proper isolation and lightweight extensions, volume lashes should not damage natural lashes. Damage usually comes from improper technique, overly heavy sets, or poor aftercare. We assess lash health before service and advise accordingly.
Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours, skip oil-based removers, and brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie. Clean gently with extension-safe cleanser, avoid rubbing, and schedule regular touchups to keep the set full and healthy.
Mascara is generally unnecessary and can clump extensions or reduce retention, especially oil-based formulas. If you must use mascara, choose an extension-safe, water-based formula and apply sparingly to tips. For best longevity, enjoy the volume without mascara.
